Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Inferna’s website, booking classes, or purchasing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Inferna Fitness LLC ("Inferna", "we", "us") operates a boutique heated fitness studio offering classes, memberships, retail products, and related services. These Terms apply to all users, including clients, customers, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

  • Clients must be at least 14 years old to participate.

  • Ages 14 - 15 must be accompanied by an adult during class.

  • Ages 16 - 17 require a parent/guardian waiver signed in-studio.

  • By using our services, you confirm all information provided is accurate.

3. Booking, Arrival, and Attendance

Booking

  • All classes must be booked in advance via our app or website.

  • Walk-ins are not permitted.

  • You may not attend class without a reservation.

Arrival

  • Doors open 5 - 10 minutes before class.

  • Please arrive early for your first visit.

  • Your selected mat number corresponds to your locker number.

Late Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 10 minutes, entry will not be permitted.

Waitlist

  • If a spot opens 8+ hours before class, you will be automatically added.

  • Within 8 hours, spots are first come, first served.

Cancellations

  • Classes must be canceled at least 6 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows result in:

    • Loss of credit, or

    • $15 fee (for applicable memberships)

4. Memberships and Credits

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Memberships may be canceled early with a $100 fee.

  • Memberships may be paused for a $15 administrative fee.

  • Credits expire based on purchase terms.

  • Memberships and credits are non-transferable.

  • In special circumstances, account credits may be issued at our discretion.

5. Studio Policies

What to Bring

  • Athletic wear is required.

  • Bring water or purchase in-studio.

  • Mats and face towels are provided.

  • Grip socks and mat towels are recommended:

    • Grip socks available for purchase

    • Mat towels available for rent

Heat + Safety

  • Studio temperature may reach 100°F+.

  • You agree to:

    • Arrive hydrated

    • Monitor your condition

    • Take breaks as needed

  • You may leave the room at any time.

6. Studio Etiquette

  • Respect the space, instructors, and other clients.

  • Wipe and return equipment after use.

  • Place used towels in designated bins.

  • Staff handles mat cleaning.

  • Phones are allowed, but:

    • Be mindful when recording

    • Step outside for calls

7. Personal Belongings

  • Lockers are available; you may bring your own lock.

  • Inferna is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Product Sales and Returns

  • All merchandise sales are final.

  • Exchanges allowed within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

  • No refunds unless item is defective.

9. Discounts

Available with valid ID:

10% Discount:

  • Students

  • Teachers

  • First responders

  • Healthcare workers

  • Senior citizens

15% Discount:

  • Active military

  • Veterans

Verification may be completed in-studio or via email.

10. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

  • We may suspend accounts for misuse.

11. Health and Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You are physically capable of strenuous exercise

  • You understand the risks of heated fitness environments

  • You voluntarily assume all risks

Inferna is not liable for injuries, illness, or health complications related to participation.

12. Intellectual Property

All content (branding, logos, website, class formats) is owned by Inferna and may not be used without permission.

13. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inferna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
