At Inferna Fitness (“Inferna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information when you use the Inferna mobile app, visit our website, create an account, book or attend classes, make purchases, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

a. Personal Information

When you book a class, make a purchase, or sign up for our newsletter, we may collect:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Billing and Shipping Address

  • Payment Information (processed securely via third-party providers)

  • Date of Birth (optional)

  • Emergency Contact Info (optional)

b. Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • Pages visited

c. Health and Fitness Information

This information is provided by you rather than obtained automatically from your device.

We access and use this information to manage your class participation, support appropriate exercise modifications, address safety concerns, respond to your requests, and maintain participation and waiver records.

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information to support these purposes, including our booking and studio-management provider, Mariana Tek. We may also disclose relevant information when legally required or when necessary to respond to an emergency.

We do not sell or rent your health information or use it for targeted advertising.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Inferna stores and retains personal information, including information processed by service providers on our behalf. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it was collected:

  • Account and profile information: We retain this information while your account remains active and as needed to provide your requested services. Following a verified account deletion request, we delete associated personal information except for records retained for the limited reasons described below.

  • Class reservations and attendance: We retain these records to administer bookings, memberships, class credits, and customer service, and to resolve payment or service disputes. We delete or anonymize them when those purposes no longer require identifiable information.

  • Health information: We retain voluntarily provided health information only while needed for participation safety, requested accommodations, or related support. Health information contained in waivers or incident records may be retained longer when necessary for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

  • Purchase, payment, and accounting records: We retain records for applicable tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements. Payment processors may retain information under their own legal obligations.

  • Waivers and incident records: We retain these records for the period needed to document participation, address incidents, meet applicable legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

  • Marketing information: We retain marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We may retain a minimal record of your opt-out to ensure you are not added back to marketing communications.

To request deletion of your Inferna account and associated personal information, email info@infernafitness.com with the subject “Inferna Account Deletion Request.” Please include the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

After verification, we delete associated personal information and coordinate deletion with service providers processing it on our behalf, subject to limited retention necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or legal claims. If information must be retained, we explain the applicable reason and restrict its use to that purpose.

Residual copies may remain in backups until those backups expire under the applicable backup retention cycle. Information retained in backups is not used for ordinary business purposes.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or information stored by Inferna or its service providers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
